He spent 30 years as an internist at Kaiser South Bay Medical Center and later became an artist-potter. Wooden planters aren’t always the best as they are susceptible to rotting and weathering just like other organic materials. Consumption of this succulent can cause serious health problems. Hanging planters and containers are highly recommended. The succulent will spread, which will make the area look even better.
