CURRICULUM FOR CLASS: NURSERY – X
The school has classes Nursery to Class-X. The syllabus is created combining the best of the curricular prevailing in India. The pre-primary curriculum is based on a system that makes no distinction between playing and learning. The medium of instruction is English in all classed giving equal emphasis on Bengali. As the school is affiliated to WBBSE, the syllabus of WBBSE as well as WBBSE Exam norms are followed.
CURRICULUM FOR CLASS: XI – XII
The school is affiliated to WBCHSE, the school follows new syllabus with subject combinations offered by council with effect from 2013.H.S. Examination will be based only on Class – XII syllabus .
COURSES OF STUDY:
Bengali, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science and other subjects are there in the prescribed syllabus. Special emphasis is laid on the practical application of the topics of mathematics and science.
Nirjhar is scheduled to introduce the first Mathematics and Science Laboratory in the district at the Primary level.
The school provides a wide range of co-curricular activities for the overall development of its students.
